It's unreadable, white text on yellow background is not a good idea. (Always set BOTH foreground AND background, or none at all!)

We should probably deprecate or remove the dark theme/schema since it hasn't been touched since 2015 and the creator left the project long ago. This was before the highlight tag was created.

Unless of course somebody wants a dark schema bad enough to help maintain it.

Hi, I love the dark theme, so pls keep it. I also made me an account in Diaspora. They have also a nice dark theme. Might be usefull to look at it for inspiration in details?

Could you please resubmit to dev? We typically do not pull directly into master but do so through dev so that if anything does break, we can try to catch it. Things typically get pulled or if needed cherry-picked from dev into master just before patch releases (sometimes between patch releases depending on the issue).

ah, was afraid that might happen. don't have a dev instance running yet, but wanted to get one anyway. this isn't urgent since not many seem to be using 'dark.'

You don't actually need an instance running dev - with a little "git magic" of if you know how to use diff/patch, you can just have a directory where you do dev work. Testing can be easier with a full instance, but it isn't required. But if you were going to anyway - that is easiest.
